REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY
At Fizaan – The House of Scents, we take care to ensure that every order is packed and dispatched in good condition. Please review the following policy before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fragrance preference, or dissatisfaction with how a fragrance smells on an individual. Fragrance performance and character can vary depending on skin type, climate, application and personal perception.
Damaged, Defective, Leaking or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, leaking, or different from what you ordered, please contact Fizaan as soon as possible after receiving your order.
To help us review the issue, please provide your order number, clear photographs of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the problem.
Replacement Eligibility
Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, Fizaan may offer a suitable replacement or another appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances and product availability.
The product should remain in its original packaging and should not be unnecessarily used beyond what is required to identify the issue.
Refunds
If a replacement cannot reasonably be provided and a refund is approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or another agreed method. The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Requests Generally Not Eligible for Return, Replacement or Refund
Requests may not be accepted in cases involving:
• Change of mind
• Personal fragrance preference
• Products that have been substantially used
• Damage caused after delivery
• Improper storage or handling
• Issues that cannot reasonably be verified
• Incorrect information provided by the customer while placing the order
